Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center.

Our room was "PERFECT".. No complaints... The restaurant and the staff were very pleasant... Could not say enough good things about them... The only complaint, the elevators did not work so well, and the location of the steps was not too easy to figure out.

Check in and check out was great, really friendly front desk dude. Room was great, especially the bed (my favorite part). I was sleeping but wifey went down to breakfast, she liked the eggs and potatoes. Over all it was a nice room but the pictures of the room when we booked it made it seem bigger. Stay was nice though. Will be back next time
