Wonderful location. Little bit of a sketchy area at first but realized how convenient was made up for it

I'm 81 years old and carried my own bags to my room as I checked in. No one offered. Therefore, no staff showed certain features in the room as I'm used to when staying at a new hotel. A reminder from young staff to older people checking in that the key is necessary to use elevator. Every traveler is not young and hip.

Good for family stay. Very clean room. It is located at Quebec old town with easy access to all the popular attractions and restaurants.

El hotel es una belleza y tiene ubicación inigualable. Pero creo que esta vez estaban bajos de personal y con alta demanda por las graduaciones. No había lugar en los restaurantes para los huéspedes y cuando pedía que me hicieran las reservas no me resolvían incluso el viernes me dijeron que me iban a devolver la llamada y nunca sucedió. Luego el domingo me dijeron que mejor fuera a desayunar afuera por qué no me podían llevar el room service. La verdad es molesto que en un hotel tan costoso ni den buen servicio.

Staff was fantastic and breakfast was really good, will stay again when back in area.
