Al Badayer Pet-friendly Vacations

Very quick (slightly early) check in. We booked 2 rooms & they were next door to each other, as requested. The rooms were beautiful. Super comfy king size beds, excellent bathrooms, and a lovely little welcome box of chocolates. Breakfast in Giardino was amazing. Great selection of foods, wonderful friendly service, and such a lovely setting. We had lunch & coffee in Mosaico. Another stunning setting in the lobby of the hotel. Food, drinks, and service were all excellent. The pool was perfect. Plenty of space, comfortable loungers, and chilled to just the right temperature in the July heat. We loved our short stay at Palazzo Versace & hope to return next year.

All the staff were excellent, Isaac, especially he was so kind to my little boy.

This hotel is not a place you want to stay they do not respect a cancelled flight that wa snot your fault . Reached out to get a refund since my airline cancelled due to the conflict overseas but they declined to get me a refund bad bad service for a hotel in Dubai .

Attentive staff and welcoming. Room was good size with comfortable bed, good views from the south side of the hotel however at time of stay construction site at the north side out the balcony at time of review. Good breakfast options.
