Hairdryer provided but the only mirror in the whole room was in the bathroom and unable to plug it in there. Ask not to have rooms 1, 2 or 3 as many people go past, at all hours, very noisy.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable room. Professional, kind, helpful, accommodating staff. We will come back again!

Kitchen was fully stocked but no place to place clothes or luggage for 4 adults.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

Breakfast was wonderful, i highly recommend it. Staff was really competent, room was lovely. The gym was also nice. Loved this place!

Wires hanging in corridor, and very dirty outside the hotel. No clean up in the room !!!!!

Very unique. Beautiful room, comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be visiting again. The hot tub was also very nice with a beautiful view of the city.
