The hotel smells bad so the staff constantly sprays this air freshener around that smells like bug spray..the towels r frayed and have holes in them..my single room was very small and so was the shower..there is a big hole by the front steps that is dangerous..8 steps to get into the hotel..the breakfast was OK.

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

We were a little nervous about the automated room check-in procedure. But when we arrive in late afternoon, there were two smiling staff members who greeted us and explained the system. That helped a lot!

Great hotel, spotlessly clean, staff were accommodating, river to the front and easy to walk in to the city centre. Good restaurants and bars close by and coffee machines, kettle, iron, hairdryer etc provided. Will stay here again next time I’m in town.
