A brilliant little hotel. Beautiful room, very attentive staff, excellent cocktails in the bar. Would absolutely stay again next time I am in Amsterdam. We rented bikes and got the airport transportation organized by them too.

We loved Hotel 717! The bathroom was newly renovated and beautiful. The bed was comfy and the location was unbeatable. Not bad for a 450 year old mansion!

I don't think you can get a better place to stay in Amsterdam. The location is amazing, right across dam Square and the palace. The cafes outside a perfect for starting your day. The staff and service are 10/10, this was my second stay at the Anantara and third time in the city. I will go back and definitely not even a question will be staying here again.

Pros:
Sleek design. Love the restaurant's food and late hours.Comfortable bed. Charming vibe.
Cons:
I wish the hotel had a cash option. The fixtures are computer controlled and in some cases unnecessarily difficult to operate. My room was too small for two but would've been fine for one (the bed takes up half the room. The shower is odd.
