Zenza is fantastic for those seeking a *very chill* experience where everything moves at your pace; rather than where you’re being incessantly plied to buy overpriced drinks and pushed into high speed living (like most of the big resorts) The rooms are gorgeous! Very sleek and modern; with a layout that is great for couples. The hotel has no food/bar service of its own to speak of. Honestly, a plus IMO (see above). There’s a phenomenal café directly across the parking lot, and 2 really great restaurants right next door (all 3 of which have bars) and are literally less than 100 feet away. There are 2 rooftop decks with ocean views for watching a sunset or just chilling out. And each room also has its own private deck too. There’s an onsite pool that matches the vibe and aesthetic of the hotel. Really a wonderful place to hang out and swim casually. And they have a free shuttle to a nearby public beach where they set you up with chairs and umbrellas (all for no charge). And honestly that beach is better than most of the resort ones because there’s a coral reef not even 50 feet out that’s only a few feet below the surface - I saw so many different fish and a whole family of sea turtles. It does be mentioning that the first 20 or so feet are pretty rocky until you get into the blue water - swimming shoes are highly recommended. So, if you want a less commercial and more calm environment, this is it! 10/10 —> absolutely recommend

Nice resort with an awesome beach. We stayed for a week in July in room E202. There was construction next door but don’t mind a few clangs and bangs. This resort does have a few years on it and we had an issue with the AC that they couldn’t or wouldn’t resolve. AC barely worked and the room never got cooler than 74 degrees. They sent a technician (kid with a flashlight) to look at it and reported everything was fine…which it wasn’t. Second day I complained again and they sent another technician with same results. Third and fourth day I entered a maintenance request on the app but never saw anyone. The drain for the AC was also broke and there was a glass bowl I had to empty every few days or it would overflow. Disappointed with experience and having warm room entire week. Expected more for $1000/night.

The staff was amazing. The little extras that they pay attention too. For example they saw what side of the bed I was getting ready at after a beach day and placed a shower mat at that location. The turn down service was a nice touch. Will be back soon.

Beautiful location, responsive host, clean villas and pools, just step outside the door and you’re on the beach! We had an amazing trip everyone was accommodating and kind.
