We stayed in the large penthouse with magnificent view of the Acropolis. We enjoyed the spacious terrace with sun shades. Staff was very helpful with tips for dining and activities. Air conditioning worked perfectly on the hot days we were there! Note that the private elevator to the suite does open to a few stairs to actually access the room - no problem for us, but wanted to mention.

Excellent stay. Great free bfast buffet. Great swimming pool lots of food and drink choices and beach access chairs for a €10 food or drink purchase. Supermarket within walking distance. And ample parking and security. One hour drive to Pylos and Navarino. Really enjoyed this resort.

Should limit pool ball play to beach only

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. We spent 5 days here; 5 days of that truly decadent breakfast, 5 days enjoying the luxurious grounds and service. Lana and the staff here made us feel like family. Arkoudi, the nearby town, is wonderful and has some great restaurants and a really nice bay beach if you find you want to explore outside this Grecotel resort area. My work brought us here, and it's been a lovely discovery - we would like to return to the area and the Mandola Rosa for another trip in the future!

Amazingly views, modern hotel

Stunning property nestled between a couple of other related properties. Very quiet and beautiful grounds, rooms and accommodations. The staff are incredible; friendly, welcoming and eager to help make the stay a pleasure - and it was. From the moment we arrived, everyone went out of their way to make us feel special and welcome. They receptionist was so charming and explained that the chef was sick but we could have finger food but in fact when we ate on the rooftop restaurant the waitress who served us seemed to be doing all of the cooking from scratch and despite this she was the epitome of grace, serenity and kindness. She had a beautiful nature and way with children and was so kind to my daughters aged 10 and 12. She made hot chocolate from scratch with Coco and cinnamon and vanilla and honey when they requested hot chocolates. And as a complimentary desert, she surprised them with waffles and ice cream. The beef and lamb kebabs were more like small burgers and the nicest meat I’ve had in my whole 10 days in Greece. Absolutely so delicious and juicy. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant has to be experienced. It’s really beyond words but you feel its presence all the time and can’t help gazing at it. The next morning we enjoyed a lovely buffet restaurant and again we met with such extraordinary kindness and warmth that felt incredibly genuine and authentic. We couldn’t rate this hotel more highly it made our last night in Greece. Unforgettable.. we will definitely be back to visit pinnacle hotel. We stayed in a suite which included two separate bedrooms and living space which had a very convenient pull out double sofa. beds were extremely comfortable and a choice of pillows

Beautiful hotel

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely warm, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was great, spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it made relaxing after a long day easy. The gym was well equipped and nicely maintained, which made it simple to fit in a workout during the trip. Breakfast at the Barborisa restaurant was a real highlight, the food was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety, and it was a lovely way to start each morning. I also treated myself to a massage at the spa, which was fantastic and left me feeling completely relaxed. The property itself is beautiful, and the pool and beach areas were a real treat. Whether we wanted to lounge by the water or step out onto the sand, it was easy and enjoyable, and the setting felt peaceful and well cared for. Overall it was a fantastic experience thanks to the attentive staff, comfortable rooms, great amenities, and gorgeous surroundings. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service.
