Plutôt cher (mais c'est général à Charleston). Personnel serviable. Chambre correcte même si comme toujours aux USA un peu bruyante (la plaque de l'air conditionné vibrait et j'étais à côté de l'ascenseur que j'entendais parfois monter et descendre). Bien placé. Service voiturier efficace.

However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings....

Très bel hôtel mais l accueil est plutôt glaciale la personne qui nous a accueilli était tout juste correcte Ils sont très à cheval sur l heure d arrivée mais ne respectent pas les consignes de préparation de la chambre

Everything was great and the location was perfect for visiting the hospital.

loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made humus!!! we suspect the bar cocktails to be exceptional by the reactions we could see on client's faces... all in all a big bravissimo to this new great place in town...

Absolutely stunning property. The staff was so attentive, the food was delicious, and hotel amenities were spot on for a week at Kiawah River.

Has been a favorite place to stay for many years, however this time the property looks a bit tired. Room was nice but bathroom had what once to be a glass enclosure now covered by a spring rod and plastic curtain. Doesn’t seem like maintained too well. Also no EV charging on property, which is weird for a resort this size. Cushions outside under cover were moldy and dark stains. For the price, there are much better options in Charleston. It’s a great location and views are very nice.
