An excellent property with exceptional service. Staff were extremely attentive. We ate in La Luce restaurant one evening and visited the spa. The hotel is in a great location with stunning lake views and it’s only a short drive into the centre of Lugano.

We thought the hotel’s location, the view, and the breakfast were the best parts of our stay. We will definitely be coming back. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The only small downside was that the restaurant menu had limited options. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

While the views of Lake Lugano are on point, the place is outdated and in dire need of renovation. We stayed in a Grand Suite, but cooling was a major issue, there were only two AC units for four bedrooms and a living room, which is unacceptable. We ended up dragging a mattress into the living room just to stay cool enough to sleep. The second AC unit had its noisy compressor installed directly inside the bathroom, making that space disruptively loud. To top it off, the building completely ran out of hot water by the evening. You are paying strictly for the location, not the comfort.

Absolutely gorgeous property in an amazing location with top notch service! Every single member of the staff was kind and accommodating with what ever we needed. Wish we could have extended our stay past the three we were there. We will definitely be returning!
