We were in the separate guest building and had no real issues! Room was clean and building was clean! We had no breakfast at the location and parking. Was right next to building!interaction with staff was limited to check in only!

It was fine. There were issues with the internet that I messaged the host about, but didn't get a response or resolution.

Really nice big apartments.

The property’s location was excellent!!! It is right in the Haymarket, but the flat itself is nice and quiet. It really made our entire stay in Edinburgh to have such lovely accommodation. If we do come back— this is where we will be staying, anything else would be a disappointment.

The hotel is in a quiet street but still not far from the main Princess Street or the beautiful area of Deans Village. It’s a fabulous old-world hotel with big wooden staircases and very well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We would certainly recommend it for a visit to Edinburgh.

Number one: Princes Suite Streets is a great location. It's located at the end of Waterloo street with easy access to busses and trams. Number two: Spacious two bedroom apartment with a dedicated living area, kitchen and dining table. The bedrooms were a nice size and laundry facilities! *Would have appreciated laundry pods! Number Three: The hotel overlooks Waverley Place Station - making it incredibly easy and efficient to see other parts of Scotland and England.

First Class experience from start to finish! The Virgin company, hands down, knows what they are doing when it comes to travel and hospitality, coming from someone who was once an executive of a 5 star luxury brand. Virgin Edinburgh was such a vibe. The whole aesthetic is sexy, sultry and ever so inviting. You are immersed in intrigue at every turn with the eccentric decor and vibrancy of color throughout the hotel. The staff, First Class from the moment we were greeted at the door, to check-in, the bar and each restaurant, to the housekeeping staff, excellence every step of the way. This brand does not miss a beat. We were celebrating two momentous occasions; 30 years married and my 50th Birthday and the thoughtful gestures extended were immensely appreciated by both myself and my husband. The hotel manager, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, even went as far as looking through several cases of whiskey just to find the certain numbered bottle my husband was looking to purchase. That in itself, to the extra mile, was above and beyond. Throughout our stay, there were so many of these little gestures that made my heart pitter patter and solidified my loyalty not only to this hotel in future travels but to the brand itself, Virgin. This company knows what personality makes the brand successful. Perfect location! Near Royal Mile & Victoria St. It’s on the higher price point but you get what you pay for. Book it! You won’t regret it!
