Inoperable A/C controls, gym had no towels at all/ridiculous inability to use slippers and then have to go to scanner to see they were not included in room charges/and added gratuity line AFTER a 20% service charge, etc…

Also enjoyed the Beautiful pool and breathing view. Will definitely visit again.

Very nice villa, loved the location. Clean and well maintained. We felt a little neglected by the staff however. Asked for trash pickup and never received it. Also towels.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great.
It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

The house was even better than expected! Perfect for a week in the sun. We enjoyed that it was secluded from neighbors but not far from the essentials. The host was quick to respond! We hope to stay at Torchview again!
