Swiss Plateau Pet-friendly Vacations

The hotel was in a central location with very easy access to public transport, lovely restaurants and shopping. The family room was very clean with comfortable beds and nice toiletries. The only problem I had was with the bathroom, separate toilet and outside basin. All three were placed in a very tight space. The shower cubicle didn't have proper water retaining door and the shower water would inadvertently splash outside making a mess. All in all, it was a quiet peaceful stay with kids.

Restuarant was quite good especially with the August BBQ grill going. Breakfast was underwhelming but OK. Room was interesting, industrial sheik. Electrical outlets were woefully under designed and old fashioned for newer construction, probably due to the all poured concrete nature of the structure. Terrible towels! Good location for train and bus access. All in all the place to stay if you are in Rotkreuz.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were comfortable and had a free minibar in room with water, soda, beer, peanuts and a chocolate. I forgot something in my room and staff went above and beyond to find and hold it for me until I returned to the city. Conveniently located with nearby shops, restaurants and dining. Walking path near by as well. Loved the loaner bag to use as I explored the city and other little touches. I only wish I had more time there!

I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

We had an amazing stay at B2 hotel. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing facility and welcoming staff. We would like to commend Anna Lena for being an absolute ray of sunshine checking us in to the hotel, and the rest of the staff for being helpful and very informative. The location and unique building were a great treat, and the spa facilities were absolutely incredible. Thanks for everything, we'll be back.

I like their good breakfast

Good, central location plenty of food and mini market choices as well as the lake. Friendly and helpful reception staff who were multi lingual. Check in process took a little longer here than other hotels not sure if the room just wasn’t ready or the staff were sorting out other issues. Room was nice and spacious. Good size bed and plenty of space to move. Fridge super useful in the warm weather! Probably could’ve done with another towel but again could’ve easily asked, only a one night stay so was fine. Cleanliness was okay upon first look- behind the bedside tables however a few large clumps of dust, and the kitchen door was splattered with a dark brown oil or sauce. Well air conditioned room. Nice stay overall

My stay was only ok. A few basic things were missing like hand soap and cups. The accommodation is basic and minimal. I did request for cups and was told that I would get those in the morning from housekeeping that did not happen. I was also woken very early with noise out the back some item was being repaired by workmen so had a poor sleep.
