Another fantastic stay, hope to come back yet again.

Beautiful, just unfortunately it was off season so nothing in the hotel was open for us to utilize.

Great restaurants and shopping in this area.

Amicable staff, exquisite Sunday brunch and spa. Very luxurious. Hard bed for my liking, pillows great. Cool room atmosphere and controls.

Beautiful upscale property with old world charm. Relaxing, great restaurant on site. Quiet location. And our room had wonderful views and small kitchen. What more do you need?

Great hotel

Everything was perfect except the air conditioning. We stayed for five nights, and only on our last day was the air conditioning fixed.

Everyone was great. We could't ask for better. We travelled for over 50 years to the finest places and this is up there with best. we have never had a hotel that had a vehicle to use to go somewhere for free. Expensive but worth every penny.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay at the chedi.

Location was perfect. The room was a haven after being in tiny river cruise rooms. The breakfast was very good with fresh eggs, omelettes served tableside. No lining up. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend it. My only comment was that the room was quite warm. We did have a window but no screen and as it opened onto another rooms patio/balcony we were unable to leave it open as we slept.
