Nice, charming hotel, on the bridge overlooking the river. First class restaurant, excellent largely locally-sourced food and unknown and very good Swiss wines, especially a pinot noir, the Truttiker. Cheers everyone!

I like the location right in the heart of the city with walking access to all points of interest. Neat trams to take you around. Travelled with suitcases so helpful to have the stations near. My room was small compared to other hotels.

We stayed at this hotel the first night of our trip! We were in the attic suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. The AC in the main bedroom was great, but the other area could have used a boost. We ate dinner and had drinks at the hotel - the food was delicious! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were also very helpful!

Great location with an easy walk into the main streets. As a result you can get night noise but the hotel does provide ear plugs so all good. Our attic room was spacious with lots of space for our family to relax in after a long travel holiday through Switzerland.

Really wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Zürich. Room was clean and very comfortable, nice view over the Sihl river. Restaurant on property was well managed, service was great and the menu excellent.

The property is in such an excellent location in the centre of Zurich on the river next to tram lines that will get you to most places. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The walk in showers are excellent and look brand new. The rooms are pleasant and rather Spartan but they have everything you need. The tram stop is only a three minute walk. There is an excellent balcony/terrace which is great for afternoon coffee or evening drinks. The staff are very pleasant and polite and treat the customers well. I did have a issue but it was resolved they handled it very professionally to my satisfaction. I will return there on my next trip.

Loved our stay at this delightful hotel in an older building in the heart of Zurich. The house restaurant is top-notch—though not a ton of kid friendly options, but it is simply not that type of restaurant. The staff was very helpful.

The room was clean and the hotel was easily accessible from the train station. The staff was very, very helpful with a potentially late train arrival and they made sure we could access our rooms through self check in. Paid for breakfast and it was nice. We were there during the heat wave so it was very hot. The air conditioning did not get the room cool below 22c which felt hot as American travelers. Probably would be ok under normal circumstances but in this instance, that was the only note that could have been improved.

We stayed in the Apartment and WOW. Incredible views (4? windows!) and it was HUGE. I felt like I was going to move in. We will DEFINITELY stay here next time in Zurich. We also brought our 4 year old and 4 month old and they were perfectly comfortable.
