We absolutely loved our stay at LUGANODANTE! The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and the location honestly could not be better. The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived so welcoming, helpful, and attentive. We traveled as a family with my elderly father, and everything was so convenient and easy for us. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Lugano was such a special part of our trip, and staying at LUGANODANTE made it even better. I would 100% stay here again. Truly a 5-star experience! 🇨🇭❤️

It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation. Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie! Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again!

The property has a very green theme which was good to experience, very modern and constructed with thought for the environment. All keys were electronic which meant you needed your phone and roaming though (a downside as only one of us had roaming) good because meant you didn’t have a key to lose. Room temperature would have been good to go a couple of degrees lower, given the heatwave, but overall we really liked the hotel. The staff we saw were very friendly. The location is excellent, right by both station and town. I really like the natural soap and shampoos as well and the opportunity to save on cleaning for a night if you so wish. Plus as a tourist you can get free bus and a venicular ticket (although a local told us that and we wouldn’t have known otherwise).
