Doftana Valley Pet-friendly Vacations

The rooms were clean and the staff was kind...but I had three major issues: 1. I was overcharged 40 euros at dinner on my first night at the hotel for a bottle of wine that I did not order....the waiter removed the charge...but if I hadn't looked over the bill, I would have never known. 2. The hair dryer in our room only worked for about 30-45 seconds at a time...then had to wait to let it cool off each time. 3. After returning late at night and going to our room on the fifth floor, our key didn't work...so we had to go back down to the lobby...two times....to have them recharge our keys. Not really a big deal, except when it's late and at the end of the day and you just want to get to your room to get settled for the night.

Very good place and even better staff

The AC in my room was not wall mounted and took up space. The rooms were a little cramped but manageable. The cleanliness of rooms can be improved and maintained better. The coffee shop lacked experienced baristas and did not order again. A nice hotel overall but room for improvement. Location is away from tourist attractions and on a main road so can be noisy.

Hotel was lovely, easily walk to the old town. Room would of been nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee. Staff were very helpfull

Very nice place in the heart of Bucharest, close to everything. Staff very helpful. Bathroom has to be improved as well as the air conditioning. Every request we made was addressed and solved very quickly. I would recommend this hotel and I will probably book again when I will be back in the fall. The restaurant of the hotel was much above the expectations. I would greatly recommend.
