Pros: Perfect location for hanging out on south beach. Whether to just sit at their cafe downstairs just people watching or take a stroll across the street at Muscle Park, you have a variety of fun activities to choose from.
Complimentary American breakfast between 7-11AM and a free drink (5-7pm) was included with our reservation which made they stay that much more enjoyable.
Shower pressure was good which something I always take into consideration when booking a hotel. Just make sure to adjust that hot water valve carefully or you will get burned as that hot water was scolding hot.
Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: View from the room was not the best (i.e., staring at a side of the adjacent building) unless you book the beach view rooms. Complimentary breakfast was limited to only (3) options although they had several other items on their menu. Some fixtures in the bathroom shelf were broken/falling down. Valet parking had been excessively long wait times (20-30 minutes) even though their wasn’t anyone else getting a car as the parking garage is 2 blocks away.
Despite the latter, I still give them 5 stars as me and my wife still enjoyed the overall experience and weekend getaway.
