V good will stay again next time

Lovely two night stay at the Loch Fyne Hotel. Staff were welcoming and cheery. Spa treatments were incredible and I have never felt so relaxed! Food was lovely, perhaps slightly expensive but just my own opinion. Didn’t get a chance to use the spa facilities like the pool etc but wish I had as it looked like a beautiful space. Room was cosy and ideal for what I needed. I found the bed a little too soft but that’s personal preference. The chairs were a little tatty and could do with being updated. The TV was not smart, so couldn’t cast things to watch on the apps, but again, a minor thing. All in all I would rate highly, and enjoyed my time away from the hustle and bustle of home life.

Overall our stay was good , although let down by a couple of issues . Surprised that when returning from our concert around 11.20pm , the bar had been closed and could only get a drink by queuing at reception . The fact there was a lot of returning guests after the concert meant there was a bit of a wait. Seemed like a strange decision on a Friday night , after a big concert . Especially as I’d just stayed the on the previous Sunday for another concert and Bar was open. Also heard from some of the guests about whether food would be available , which they were told it would be … there wasn’t , therefore Uber eats was doing the food. Also a bit disappointed that in morning went for a shower , only to find … no hot water available . Reported to reception on check out. Overall I like the Village Hotel . Would like to add that the night porters where excellent and worked hard to get everyone drinks… not their fault .

Too good! Communicated time to time even before check in and made everything super easy. The studio is cute and has everything you need. Thank you for arranging everything and making the stay smooth. The common space is nice too.
