Very friendly staff, great to have parking

The room was very clean and comfortable. It has a great shower. Having the small kitchen was an added convenience. Staff were great and able to assist with questions and recommendations.

The location is great. The view is gorgeous. The apartment was clean, but was very old and outdated. Smelled old as well. The walls were paper thin. We could hear neighbors playing music and talking loud and laughing until 2am. It sounded like they were in our apartment.

The part of the hotel that was not the suites was amazing but if you stay in the suites be prepared for not so clean experience our bathroom was on the dingy side and I couldn’t understand the placement of the furniture in the room because the dining table was in the living room instead of the separate kitchen area, which made the living room area crowded in the kitchen area empty. There was no no ventilation in the already little dingy bathroom. There was mold on the grout work in the bathroom and to get into the suites, you have to go down into a basement which had a weird smell most days when we came in and out. I would not stay here again if I had to book a room for a family in one of the suites but the main hotel was amazing. The food was amazing. The service was amazing.

Check in was very pleasant and efficient. The WIFI worked well and the restaurant staff were friendly and the buffet dinner was good value for money. All in all, a good hotel overall 👍

The staff is wonderful. Anyone at the front desk was so helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to do in Faro. The room was very comfortable , spotless and nicely appointed
