Really easy, nice experience .. parking secure and under cover ,lift access to all floors.. also the apartment was roomy..

We had multiple 2 bedroom units and 3 bedroom units. The 3 bedroom were newer and the 2 bedroom were very outdated. One of the dryers didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed during the stay. Luckily we could use the dryer of a family member. Staff is rarely in the office. No elevators so if you were on the 3rd floor like us you had to haul all your stuff up the stairs. Kids did love the pool area. It was right by the beach. If you want a less expensive place and don’t mind the units being more outdated than the pictures show this may be a great fit for you.

It’s the small things that make a difference! Half a dozen dishwasher tablets rather than one! A bottle of washing up liquid rather than a sachet. A towel and bed sheet change during the stay, all practical but help keep the property in good order!

We liked the location and the room was generous. The beds were not comfortable.

Great hotel, in an ideal location. I think it wiuld be a 5 star if the gym was better equipped and the pool got sun.

Excellent place to stay and only a short walk to the Cairns CBD and Marina area. Property in excellent condition with a great pool area. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay . Accessible to everything.
