7.6/10 Good! (72 reviews)
The location is good, near to the Cornish, however having limited parking spots, the Egyptian receptionist was not friendly, the breakfast buffet was not bad, it needs more variety, the mattress and pillow were hard. All in all, it’s OK.

8.2/10 Very good! (275 reviews)
The location of the property is great but it is getting old with serious need for major renovation. There is also a lack of attention to details. Many standard amenities were missing in the suite. The reception staff need to be more attentive to customer needs.
