I enjoyed parts of my stay, but I think the dining experience could be improved. The breakfast options were limited, and I would have appreciated more variety in the food selection overall.

This was our second stay at the hotel; this time only for one week. The staff, led by Manager Laurance are always very helpful. The food standard in the restaurants has improved and will continue to.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The property itself is stunning, well maintained with breathtaking views, luxurious décor, and an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and waking up each morning felt like a dream. Dining at the resort was an experience in itself. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and the service at each restaurant was top-tier. The ocean views are just breathtaking. The attention to detail throughout the resort is unmatched. What stood out the most was the level of customer service, staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met.
