Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, skywalks to shopping and restaurants so very convenient. Love the apples and water at checkin and the breakfast at Eques is great. Only complaints are the $7 per package charge for receiving a package, and the lukewarm temp water in the shower. Overall a great hotel experience I will stay again.

Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

Casino felt lively! Great time

Clean hotel, helpful staff, amazing shower water pressure, good location as it is walkable distance to the Space Needle, Pike’s Market, and Light Rail to get to and from the airport.

They advertised a rooftop deck when I booked in January but when we arrived the “rooftop” deck was not open. Additionally the bar that was opened was on level 5 and said the rooftop bar would be opening soon. Do not advertise a rooftop deck when you are 20 stories tall and the deck is opening on level 5. Very disappointing!!!

They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well.

Great location. Great staff. Great rooms. Great service and a great value. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Seattle .

I had an absolutely marvelous time. It was truly spectacular My Only Inconvenience was that they regularly did not Restock the coffee bar in the room. they had the mini fridge, stocked with their Refreshments for purchase leaving Minimal room for my Ability to be able Keep anything chilled.

The elevator (1, other wasnt running) was super slow. We waiting a long time for it. It got very irritating. The coffee maker, Espresso or whatever it was only made a tiny amount of coffee at a time. My husband likes real coffee. There were no options for it.
