Isle of Muck Mountain Vacations

Thé hôtel manager offered an upgrade so we were in a suite overlooking the city of Glasgow with a bedroom mezzanine . Huge two stories Windows with a fantastic View of the city The room was well maintained and offered multiple amenities bathroom was spotless The bed was very comfortable .Staff were polite helpfull and very attentive in the breakfast area as well as all around the hotel this is very good quality for the price paid . The hotel is located very close to the center of the city a short walk away À nice and amusing compliment is the personnalised rubber duckie left in every room !

Conveniently located to train station

Excellent staff , room clean . Room amenities have room for improvement , But early days and hopefully improvements will continue

Welcoming staff, private apartment, separate bedroom, very quiet but fantastic central location. We had to ask for an electric heater as the a/c control was slow to respond. There is no housekeeping, but asking for services was very easy: we asked for the bins to be emptied once during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Glasgow.

The room we stayed in was small but nicely decorated. The bed was so comfy and clean. We didn't have breakfast as we had an early train to catch....considering the hotel is being refurbished at the moment everything was as I hoped it would be. Lovely staff and very helpful

Very impressive

The location for us was excellent, walking distance from many fine coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants near the university, and easy access to bus and subway. Our room was exceptionally quiet, facing a quiet neighborhood off the main street. Our room (with a double bed) and the bathroom were very compact, a bit of a challenge with multiple pieces of luggage for each of two guests, but very clean and tidy. Every person on staff that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast Didn't like the juice at breakfast, not fresh and tasted strange
