Monkey Island Mountain Vacations

Great place and would stay again. However the pool was down and we were bummed about that. As well as not having a Hard Rock Cafe attached. The diner was wonderful though. Our kids were happy. We know kids are not normally at a casino, and ours aren’t. But thought the cafe and pool would be fun.

What you would expect from a four star hotel, friendly staff. Good environment and great location to get whatever you need in downtown.

want to say we have stayed in a lot of hotels over my life so have some understanding of how they work... I we had 2 rooms only because my daughter was having a heart procedure in the morning and we live over hour and half so wanted to enjoy the night before and relax.. we had a good time together and the pool & hot tube we great. Room was very nice, I main issues was when trying to got some food had to ask the front desk, thought breakfast was included per the website I read (just never a straight answer on website,) had to ask desk... the snacks in the lobby had no idea how to pay and no one to ask so did not get anything... dinner was good after we had to ask how to get a menu.. (bartender nice lady but just not good or engaged at all - to long to get our drinks and my drink sat at the bar in front of the people sitting at the bar while she helped someone else very upsetting i had my eye on my drink the whole time finally when to the bar and took it....) and then i had an issue with my bill and the charges on it did not make since call talked to someone and the she transferred me to billing had to leave a message and this morning when I checked my CC it was all correct... I was over charged but they made it all good.. Just feeling like we were wondering and feeling lost...
