I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful, very quiet couldn’t hear anything, comfortable bed and pillows, TV had Netflix and prime video access, great location in terms of its proximity to public transportation and the train station. It’s very easy to walk to old town and get to the airport because there are buses and trams that go from the station. I appreciated having shampoo, body wash and lotion provided for me. And there was a coffee machine and creamer. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is awesome, close by the train station and the downtown. Very convenient. Check in (Christine) was kind and helpful. Room are new, the building is new. All in all great stay! Thank you

A most positive surprise on our travels: Very helpful and professional staff, hotel smart and functional with a most inspiring restaurant. We loved it all.

The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days.

Room was standard and comfortable. Nice outdoor area and bar. Breakfast was great -buffet. But lots of choice. Hotel is very close to the Railway station.

This was our second stay at Villa Petrusse. We were welcomed and cared for from the start. Be sure to get a tour of the property and hidden gems from David, the Butler.

Our stay at Sofitel Luxembourg Europe was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The check-in was warm and professional, and we were delighted to be allowed to check in much earlier than expected, which made a huge difference after our journey. On our first evening, we returned to a lovely turndown service, a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special. The hotel is exceptionally clean, has easy access to the tram, and every member of staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast was truly next level, one of the best we’ve experienced. An amazing hotel that exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Luxembourg.
