The rooms were a bit dated. The staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Breakfast was good, but I thought it was a bit pricey. I never made it out to the balcony so I cannot make a comment.

Highly recommend and will be back. Roomy ground level apartment with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Full kitchen fully outfitted. Patio with a table and beautiful gardens. We walked downtown and around the east side - only a few blocks from shops on Wickendon.

We were quite disappointed in our stay. The room was dated, not maintained. Might have been grand 30 years ago, but at this point seems to be riding on old glory. Specifically the toilet was loose, bathroom door couldn't close, only one electric socket under the bed, the AC was really loud, the only light came from 2 bedside lamps. And there was no possibility to get breakfast?!

Our room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff were pleasant, helpful and invested in making our stay go well.
After arriving we went into the lounge to have a cocktail to relax. We were greeted by a Musician singing familiar songs along with a friendly crowd. So nice!
Breakfast was only fair

Staff was fine. Food was ok. Room was good. My main displeasure came because of the smell. They use some kind of smelly products that made my asthma act up.
