It was my wife’s birthday weekend. We stayed on Friday and Saturday night. We stayed at the property many times in the past. On Saturday, housekeeping never came to clean the room. My wife called down for a change of towels as we needed to get ready for dinner reservations. It took 1.5 hours and two additional calls to get towels. They were delivered at approximately 5:45 pm. At 6 pm, there was a single knock on the door followed immediately by someone opening the door. It was a member of the housekeeping staff asking if we needed our room cleaned. By this time, we sent her away since my wife was already in the shower and we were running late for our reservation. The staff left without saying another word. This certainly isn’t what you expect from a Marriott property.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A five-star experience — for our pet too!** Our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Naples was simply spectacular from start to finish. From check-in, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, and the attention to detail was felt in every corner: impeccable rooms, breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, and service that anticipates every need before you even ask. What truly surprised us was how well they treated our dog. The staff asked for him by name, brought him water during our walks around the resort, and the "canine concierge" recommended nearby pet-friendly parks and areas. It was clear that for them, pets aren't just "tolerated" — they're genuinely welcomed and pampered. Between the spa, the exceptional restaurants, and the white sand beaches, every moment felt like a well-deserved luxury. Without a doubt, one of the best resorts we've ever stayed at, both for us and for our four-legged companion. We'll definitely be back!

Disappointed to learn that this resort charges for chairs on the beach. Having a kitchen was a selling point for us, as we don’t like to eat out every meal on vacation. Unfortunately, there were very few utensils, cookware and storage pieces within. The paper products were extremely cheap for a resort of this type. We had trouble with one TV in the bedroom and front desk was not concerned about helping us with this. They referred us to call back the next day. We did see an employee doing maintenance in the morning and he informed us that it was merely a switch that needed turning to run that particular outlet. He was very quick to answer our question, so it was obvious that this is a common occurrence.
