Roanoke Island Mountain Vacations

I would defiently recommand this location to stay. The staff was very friendly and excellent service. Although I was unable to try the Spa, the grounds and surrounding areas were beautiful. They are working on the outside pool. I'll be returning for a longer stay. What made the trip even better was, we were able to check in as soon as we arrived at 12 noon. How satisfying is that, after a long drive. Parking was excellent and the many other dining spots and shopping stores on the on Indian River will keep anyone happy. Lastly the beach is just 20 minutes away.

Parking was easy kinda confusing at first till you walk around to get to know the place but that’s understandable being in a new place

The elevator was broken. We were told that had been struck by lightning. I was also told that it had been broken for one year. They have three floors almost 2 of the buildings and I think two on the other, but I don’t know if they meant elevators in the building that we were in or every single one wasn’t clarified also told that they were having a New Year’s Eve celebration. Nothing was held in the lobby as previously expected the restaurant on site closed at 9 PM New Year’s Eve and we were rushed like you wouldn’t believe for six course meal that cost $300.

Activities for all ages, nice rooms, beds were comfortable, staff was great!

Clean rooms and friendly staff, I would’ve rated staff 5 stars but I noticed the clean up crew went through my belongings.
