Great staff, very clean nice room, comfortable bed. Floors secured by key card. Great parking for semis, RVs etc. The coffee shop was excellent. The only thing we noticed was no breakfast included and not even a discount on the breakfast restaurant downstairs which was extremely expensive so we went elsewhere. Overall we would stay here again!

Clean and spacious with fireplace and beautifully designed room, it smells nice charming and cozy. Audrey was very kind , welcoming and accommodating. Walking distance to downtown. Highly recommended when in Flagstaff.

This is fantastic hotel for access to the Grand Canyon with good clean rooms . Building work was going on in the hotel but did not affect your our stay . The air conditioning was very noisy at night keeping us awake

My husband and I came up for a long weekend for our anniversary. We are originally from Maine so we wanted something like a cozy cabin. This was amazing snd we enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and the beautiful rooms!
