Little Curaçao Mountain Vacations

The chairs inside and out need improvement--tired and not comfortable. The cookware, cutlery, and accessories were a 2/5 at best. Definately not an upscale style. We would not come back unless we knew the above was much better.

Great location, excellent for families.

Check in was poor as there was no one there to check-in with and we had to wait for some time, then we were unable to go to the room as there had been a power outtage and the room would be ready in about 30 minutes and they'd message us. Over an hour later, with cold food needing refrigeration, still no message, and no idea where the room was as we were waved in a general direction and told a parking spot number that had been taken already. The room itself was lovely overall, but it was unbearably hot and no internet available. After 3 hours of reaching out with whatsapp and the property app, we still had no response. Other guests had gathered at the check in with similar issues and no communication, noting this was a common issue prior to the power outtage so in giving benefit of the doubt with major power concerns, it seemed this was poorly organized, including front gate security as there were no directions provided as it had said in the guest app. Beyond these major issues, smaller details would benefit from correction, with highlights on installing a shelf anywhere in or near the shower to be able to access shower essentials as these had to be placed on the floor and there were no replacement trash bags or instructions for the washer and dryer.

Excellent hotel and stay.

Service was ok. The staff wasn’t accommodating to the car rental company bringing the car I rented

This boutique hotel is a charming oasis in the heart of historic Kura Hulanda. Our junior suite was very spacious, the pool and grounds are lovely, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Even though there is no on-site dining, we were able to order from an adjacent restaurant, and the bartender happily delivered to meal to our terrace. It’s a great place if you want to be within easy walking distance of Willemstaad’s major attraction, and a short stroll from some terrific restaurants and shops.

Beautiful property, exceeded my expectations

Well we were told they are about to close and I completely understand. The rooms need to be redone completely, pools need repainting, food needs help, some staff were great some weren't. Rooms... absolutely a NO. My room roof breathes so the ceiling was lifting and coming back down. At first i thought someone was watching me in the ceiling but then realized it was their air system. Sink kept filling up. lamps were filthy and remote. Im glad I bring cleaning supplies every where I go
