The restaurants were good, beds were hard air conditioning wasn't working right. We had to come back three times until almost 5 o'clock to get into our room. They weren't ready. Parking wasn't the greatest. had to walk a long ways in the hot sun.

The staff was excellent our only negative occurred when a previous guest broke a bottle in the outdoor swimming pool, thus the pool was closed during our stay. Swimming in the outdoor pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at the Elms.

Our tub didn’t drain but the staff was quick to change us to another room. The pool deck is very beat up with lots of loose pieces of concrete. The restaurant closed an hour earlier than advertised.
