I can see that male staff can’t control behaviour to female guest, training staff is a most if hotel want to grow up.
I’m very disappointed because I called my taxi and staff in the front door don’t allow him to in and didn’t want to us to get in to the taxi.. push me to take the taxi that they want… As a guest we have the rights to choose our own taxi and the hotel have to give me all the facilities to get it..
