West Bergen Mountain Vacations

The room was fine. But the service was very unfriendly, uncooperative, just not what you would expect from a Hilton. We accidentally left a cell phone in the room and staff would not let us retrieve it, just 10 minutes after checking out. We waited almost 45 minutes to get the phone. Staff were generally not helpful. Parking garage is immense with Very poor signage. Many other guests having problems with the parking. And they charge $24 for this. Altogether Disappointing.

The food is really good, the view is amazing...

Hotel is well kept but there’s no easy access since it resides at the entrance of the George Washington Bridge

I loved everything! This is my second year there! New staff & a few new managers! All & all - everyone was great & great hospitality! Shout out to Rocia , Bob, didnt get her name. New person working the breakfast buffet... see you in a few days - this time coming back with husband Nana ( nanette)
