Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Nice touch with breakfast included.

We stayed for 7 nights at club regent hotel. This place needs a complete Reno. The rooms smell really bad. Also there was an odor of sewage thought out the hotel. I asked about it and the lady told me it had to do with some kind of disinfectant that made that smell. The first room they put us in smell like really bad from maybe smoke or other stuff. The 2nd room it’s smelled like water damaged a very musky kinda of smell. The food at the restaurant was brutal. We only ate there one time and the food was cold. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this was a hard one to find anything positive other than it is a convenient location. Also the shampoo and body wash barely worked on the wall. You had to pound the bottom to get a very small amount. None of those things worked at all. If you don’t like a smelly hotel , poor Food service, and very poor amenities please book elsewhere.
