Sainte-Helene Mountain Vacations

The A/C was not working for three days and the heat was unbearable. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and comfy.

If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. Friendly courteous staff, great food, great service, great amenities! This made our vacation extra special.

Maison Durante is a quiet oasis in a area of Nice. We particularly liked the bright, sunny room overlooking the pretty courtyard garden and the freshly cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely return

Beautiful hotel, staff was great, great breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, excellent spread of food. The spa was amazing!! Exceptional staff.

Lovely hotel in the best part of Nice. Lovely staff. Very helpful to me with all I needed last minute when I arrived.

Convenient location; breakfast was excellent; the hotel was just renovated and room size is generous. The staff serving the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Bed linens and bed sheets have very good quality. From all of these aspects, I gave my stay 5 stars. However, I was not satisfied with the reception when we first arrived. We were assigned a bad room with smaller size and poor view of balcony even though there were more better rooms available. From this aspect, I gave my stay 4 stars to the hotel.

From the moment you arrive, Miramare The Palace Hotel captivates you with its blend of historic Art Nouveau grandeur and modern luxury. Our Deluxe Double Room with a partial sea view was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped. It featured an exceptionally comfortable bed with premium bedding that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful extra goodies like a loofah, earplugs, face masks, and all the premium toiletries you could need. The outdoor spaces are absolutely magical. The hotel is surrounded by serene, lush gardens filled with exotic tropical flora and towering ancient palms that create a peaceful atmosphere. Strolling through the park or relaxing by the heated outdoor pool felt like pure bliss. Mornings were just as wonderful thanks to the unbeatable breakfast buffet, it was a gourmet fest showcasing a high-quality spread of freshly baked pastries, live chef-prepared egg dishes, and fresh juices. The hotel truly delivers proper 5 service, with every single staff member being professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The culinary experience was equally memorable; we enjoyed exquisite fine dining at the Aqualua Restaurant, which paired fresh Mediterranean flavors with flawless service. Miramare The Palace Resort is a stunning jewel on the Riviera. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, staff was great, great breakfast.
