I had a guys on a business trip and they made it very convenient for them as a booking agent for them. I have never experienced such great staff service over the phone. They were very helpful and they were able to help us with our needs if you're ever in Jacksonville, this is probably one of the best places to stay, especially with such a helpful staff

This is an awesome place. Room was roomie and clean. Staff was very nice . There are several pools along with being right on the beach. There are several restaurants with very good food, portions were also good. Short drive to do some sight seeing or just stay at resort, there are plenty of things to do.

Parking was easy and right at our door.
Room could have been much cleaner.
Although the room has been updated in some areas, it could use more updates and better lighting.
It worked fine for a short stay for two people. I would recommend for a short stay.
