Love the hotel; especially for Jazzfest!

We were traveling and a stop in New Orleans wasn’t planned therefore we made no reservations. The hotel staff was so kind and accommodating. We were with another couple so we tried for adjoining rooms. None were available but the two staff members worked together to get us all check in and rooms in close proximity.

Loved the place. It is very clean and well kept. The decor is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The location is great. Jeanine was wonderful.

The bar staff was very accommodating. They had several options to choose . The atmosphere was great.

Loved the hotel and the staff. Perfectly situated and very clean. Maintenance was a huge issue during our stay. I booked 2 rooms and had non-functioning televisions in both rooms. While I don't normally care about televisions, my father does immensely, and despite bringing this up right away, nothing was done to repair or replace those televisions over our 4-night stay. Same for the coffee makers in the room that needed servicing and were non-functioning, Considering I paid quite a bit of money for the 2 rooms, I was disappointed in this inattention. While it is a beautiful stay, the lack of attention to maintenance while we were there left a sour taste, especially when management didn't get back to us.

Loved the vibe and the staff were awesome. Rooms a little small but the decor more than made up for it.
