(26 reviews) The overall experience was very positive and smooth from start to finish. Communication with the host team was excellent—they were prompt, polite, and very helpful throughout. The check-in instructions were clear and timely, and our request for early check-in was kindly approved, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The accommodation was the best part of the stay. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped with all the necessary items. It felt spacious and well maintained, making it ideal for a family stay. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, well managed, and enjoyable. The pizza place downstairs served really good pizza, which was a nice bonus after our long days out, especially for a quick slice before getting back to the apartment. At times, a light pizza-baking aroma could be noticed in the rooms, particularly late at night. While this is understandably hard to fully prevent, it is something the management may want to be mindful of. That said, it did not take away from the overall positive experience. Great location, great accommodation, and great communication by the host team. We would definitely recommend this place. (1,002 reviews) The hotel is an Inn, not a hotel as a front desk staff, etc. There is a manager on duty that runs the hotel. On our second day the hotel called and said that they needed access to the roof from our room, We asked for 15 minutes as we were woken up. There was a knock 5 minutes later and I was told that some rooms didn't have hot water thus they needed access that minute. She took about 15 minutes to repair the item and left. That same afternoon a crew of 3 showed up without permission or prior heads up to repair the pump on said water heater. The hotel asked if they could offer us soda for the inconvenience. In this case and perhaps only in this case there was a failure to enhance a customer experience or rather lack there of.
