Northern Alberta Mountain Vacations

The television didn't work, called front desk, sent a technician and he couldnt fix it and said this is the only room that didn't get a new television and that they had problems with it, sorry but we can move you to another room, declined we had unpacked. The mirror light in the bathroom didn't work, would of been nice if it worked as it was dark to begin with in the bathroon.

Your staff is amazing especially the breakfast lady. We engoyed chatting with her and reviving recommendations of places to see in grand prairie. The room was clean and appreciate the powerful a/c in this warm weather. There was a huge issue that I suggest that should be taken care of right away. My husband and I and our eight year old daughter went swimming. My daughter proceeded to go down the slide, and as she entered into the pool, a rock punctured her foot. I went to the front desk, got the first aid kit to ban it up her foot because it was bleeding. My husband found the rock in the bottom of the pool. I understand it was a freak accident, but as we continue to swim, we found so many other pieces of rocks on the pool deck and inside the pool. The hot tub was extremely filthy.

The property was fantastic. Staff were great. Hot tub was super hot and we got to enjoy the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. Coffee in room was good and bottled water provided.
