I can't recommend Hotel Signum in Salina highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly balances chic luxury with genuine hospitality. The magnificent views and breathtaking landscapes surrounding the hotel are nothing short of stunning; every window feels like a postcard. Our room was beautifully designed—spacious, stylish, and filled with thoughtful details that made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast was delicious, featuring fresh, local ingredients that set a perfect tone for the day. But the dining experience was truly out of this world; each meal was a culinary delight that showcased the best of Sicilian cuisine. A special shoutout to Laura, who was indispensable throughout our stay. She accommodated every request with grace and even organized a surprise for my wife’s birthday, making it a day we will never forget. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt taken care of from start to finish. Hotel Signum is a rare gem that leaves you wanting to return time and again. It pains me to give this hotel a poor-to-average review because we liked Paolo, our host, very much. He was very helpful and provided excellent communication. However, we were awakened each morning we were there (3 days) before 7:30 am by a barking dog that was so close by that it seemed to be in the room with us. The beds were also too hard for us. If you're an early riser (or if the dog goes away) and you like firm mattresses, this is a fine hotel with a very nice swimming pool and a gracious host.
