الأوض مش نضيفة، فيها رملة في كل حتة. وفي شعر على السرير. شعر على السرير، والسرير ما كانش أصلًا نضيف. وكمان، كان في حاجة مرمية جوة التواليت. كان في بلاعة جوة التواليت، والشطافة مش شغالة. أيوة، والشطافة ما كانتش شغالة. التكيف كان بينقط، وشربوا ميتنا لما جم يساعدونخبطها .

Personnels merveilleux, très attentionnés, toujours au petit soin des clients. Chambres magnifiques. Restaurant d'une très grande qualité, chef exceptionnel.

We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities listed on the website were missing, like shampoo etc. However, Dr Hassan was very helpful, he arranged a local driver, Alaa to transport us to and from the pool, get groceries, explore local area and to other parts of the marina. We did a day trip to Alexandria, which was amazing and also spent 2 days by the pool and marina (jet ski and speed boating). Language was a bit of an issue so we had to use a translator app. Dr Hassan regularly checked in with us. In the end, we actually had a great time and would highly recommend, but probably in peak season.
