Good location staff were great

We were there for 5 days. It was impeccable. The location, service, ambiance everything was perfect! All small attentions that makes you feel comfortable. We took the water taxi from (and to) the airport directly to the hotel fastest way to get there. Easy to walk around and along the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent

Expensive 2 star hotel. Stayed here twice and 2 star is the highest I could rate it. Not value for money. Trying to be something it is not and hiking the prices up for the World Cup is shameful. Tired dated and an average hotel

The receptionist at check in was extremely unhelpful. She was frustrated at the number of Scottish guests asking questions and this made her un-approachable . The male receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is good, and easy to reach by train- with a stop outside of the hotel . Breakfast was basic continental. No English breakfast tea - which was disappointing. We were in a townhouse which was very nice.

Nice property. A little parking issue due to limited parking. Only one space per room, I think some people didn't listen. But breakfast, the private beach, the staff, the amenities all awesome.
