The primary advantage is the views from the property. We stayed in family suite I think and the views of the ocean and the mountain were great from there. All of the stays are in the mountain side so I believe views will be great. You need to use their shuttle to go up and down from your room to the lobby from where you have access to the beach and restaurants. The cars if you take a rental will also need to be parked near the lobby. Though everything is good the restaurants inside are expensive. If you are taking all
Inclusive then no bother but otherwise if you have a rental car you will have flexibility to go nearby restaurants and pick food up. The pool and the beach is really good.

The property was beautiful! The butler’s were amazing and took care of us from the time we arrived to the minute we left. I must say, they are severely understaffed. There was a long wait to check in as well as at the restaurants

The Royalton is a beautiful resort. However, not giving fresh face cloths when bringing fresh towels is crazy.
The cushions on the pool chairs are stained with holes. It looks hideous.
