Pigeon Island Mountain Vacations

The stay at Marigot Bay Beach and Dive Resort was exactly what I needed to unwind and relax. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the staff are helpful and courteous, and the meals were great.

This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July or Aug, but looks like it will be very nice when it opens. As for Bay Gardens beach, the staff, particularly our butlers Prisca and Nage were phenomenal, as well as V from the excursion desk. They helped do special things for our anniversary as well as our sons birthday, and reserved areas on beach and by pool for us, as well as getting drinks and making reservations for us. The staff at the spa was also nice. The place NEEDS the new restaurant at sapphire to open. The restaurant on site was ok, though pretty slow. The other properties (hotel, inn and marina) look old and dated and we only had a drink there waiting for shuttle. The rooms at bay gardens beach were ok, though a bit dated and had some maintenance/ant issues. Maintenance and housekeeping were pretty quick to address what they could, but our entire reason for booking was to get a brand new all inclusive (we had booked the 3 br beachfront villa with private pool), so were expecting more for what we paid. Pool and beach good.

We had an absolutely amazing time celebrating our 20th anniversary. Only thing I didn't like was they switched our room to get us a room faster... housekeeping was still cleaning them. I was told it was the same type of room but we got dropped from a king bed to double queens. But nothing to ruin our trip. Otherwise, everyone was very welcoming and helpful, and food was fantastic. We're already planning a trip back but this time we're taking the kids.

We loved our stay at Ladera. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are premium. Views are perfection. Private and quiet.

Loved it here! Would def. Go back! Clean beach. Friendly staff. Good food. Swimout room was clean and in great condition.

Truly an amazing experience here at this resort. I would definitely come back again in the future. My partner and I had a blast and the food was delicious! We had butlers assigned to us (shout out to Neil) and were truly supportive throughout our stay.

The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs.
