Perfect place to stay, convenient location, 15 min walk from a direct tram (number 4) to centraal station. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless. Hotel bar is beautiful and cozy. Reception area lovely. Staff there were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room (Deluxe) was huge, well placed mirrors, wardrobe size was great, shower was always good, bed was GIANT, with soft sheets and a comfy mattress. TV was in a great spot so was always comfortable to watch. Limited options for the TV of what to watch unless renting a film (roughly £10 each). The spa area was amazing. It was so clean, and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to experience the spa hut to ourselves my partner and I. The spa shuts at 10pm so a late night spa trip was the way to go. We would get what felt like private use of the pool, sauna and steam room and a little shower before leaving! Just all round a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have the opportunity to stay here, it allowed for me and my partner to have the best anniversary we could’ve asked for. Thank you!

The hotel is tucked away in Bergen, which is a very beautiful little high-end village near Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We stayed only for one night -- 17 hours to be precise -- as part of a larger group gathering. The group dinner was held at the hotel, and it was outstanding and highly recommended. Staff are nice. We had booked a room for two persons. Our room clean and with two windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard, but it was rather small -- about two feet on one side of a queen-size bed and a three-feet-band passage on the other sides -- with rather minimalistic furnishings and space. We had no room and place to put our luggage or unpack the immediate necessities. If we stay there again, we will definitely urge for a larger room.

Great breakfast lots options … very good service

They have the nicest staffs here, very warm and considerate, very welcoming and thoughtful comparing to the other hotel we lived the night before, they gave us some silver lining while stuck in Amsterdam in snow. Would definitely revisit this boutique hotel next time x

Excellent little hotel with a lovely adjacent bar, that does great cocktails. A nearby supermarket served me well for food, and the location is great. Amsterdam is a very walkable city anyway but you are close here to two good shopping districts and museums, and right next to a tram line . The room was great , really comfortable and the staff were excellent. Would definitely chose this place again.
