This hotel was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so nice and so clean. The design and character of this hotel was absolutely beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! It was 10/10. I will for sure be going back here whenever I need a place to stay in the cities. Didn’t do any shopping, as I had an event to go to. But lots of bars and restaurants around. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely too! The only thing was parking. Luckily we found a meter right out front, but had to pay about $30 in total for parking for one night stay over. Not familiar with the cities to know if that’s average for parking though.

Check in was fairly quick, there were a few people ahead of my family. Once in our room, all was fine... everything was in working order. The room next to us had noisy kids, and we could hear the noise through the walls. Plus airplane noise started before 7am, and was loud in our room. Yet my kids heard minimal noise in their room across the hall. Breakfast was fine...eggs, a meat, potatoes, waffle maker and bread options. Along with individual cereal boxes, yogurt...etc If you needed a shuttle to mall, you needed to let front desk know ahead of time.
