Severe health and hygiene issues - confirmed bedbugs. We experienced a severe hygiene issue during our stay at this property. Within the first 48 hours, my husband began developing severe bite marks. We notified the front desk immediately to request a deep clean and fresh bedding, but the issue was dismissed as local outdoor bug bites. Despite thoroughly checking the room initially and finding nothing, we later discovered a dead bedbug under the covers. We have photographic documentation of both the insect and the daily bite patterns. Other guests have noted similar experiences in past reviews. Travelers should exercise caution when booking this location.

Excellent stay. Great free bfast buffet. Great swimming pool lots of food and drink choices and beach access chairs for a €10 food or drink purchase. Supermarket within walking distance. And ample parking and security. One hour drive to Pylos and Navarino. Really enjoyed this resort.

The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh flowers, which is usually expected in this type of room, was missing. The QR code for ordering food from the room did not work and showed a “page not found” error. Some areas of the room also felt outdated, with a few items appearing broken, rusty, or worn. The bedroom could also benefit from modernization, especially as there was nowhere convenient to charge a phone. In addition, there appeared to be a water leak under one of the bathroom sinks, as we found a wet towel with a stain on it. The hotel has strong potential, and some areas provide excellent service, especially the spa. However, in other areas, the service felt less warm and not as service-oriented as expected for a hotel of this level.

This was a beautiful property with a great aesthetic. The rooms were very comfortable and the views outstanding. Do not miss the rooftop restaurant! The food and ambience are outstanding! The staff were very helpful and courteous. I loved everything about this property

The hotel was basic, but very well located. The Metro was basically a minute or 2 away from the hotel. It was very clean, aircon was excellent, staff very helpful, very near all major tourists spots / attractions. I would definitely recommend it to anyonne, especially to first timers in Athens. Perfect location to get around the city. Felt safe in the hotel and the area. Worth the money paid for.

we had a lovely visit to Athens. The hotel was clean, centrally located and well appointed. The staff was kind and helpful! Recommend for a trip to Athens for sure! (PS the AC worked very well on a hot hot day!)
