Well-appointed room! Spacious layout with high quality finishes. The staff went above and beyond showing the highest level of hospitality. Cannot recommend The Nickel enough.

The location of this property was the best … 1 block from water. Very artsy and unique setting! Walkable all over downtown . Many shops and restaurants very close! We would definitely stay here again!!

Very well appointed rooms. Relaxed atmosphere and amazing rooftop. Had a great car service to take us to dinner as well. Wonderful wonderful stay. Gym is average but didn’t go to stay there for a workout :)

Hotel Bennett is unbelievable. It had been awhile since we had stayed here and I thought things might show some wear. I was wrong. Everything was fresh and absolutely awesome. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. When you stay at a luxury hotel, you expect this kind of environment. You rarely do today but the Bennett delivers.

This hotel was excellent in every aspect. The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond to anticipate and meet our needs. The hotel itself is brand new, beautiful, and kept immaculate. The pool is excellent, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The location is perfect, water views while being a short walk to Charleston's best restaurants and shopping. This hotel checked every box and definitely plan on going back.

The hotel itself had a great aesthetic, a beautiful pool area, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the actual room experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely small for my husband, daughter, and myself. The space felt very cramped, including the bathroom, and it made the stay uncomfortable overall. In addition, the TV in the room was broken and would not shut off unless it was unplugged. When I went behind the TV to unplug it, I discovered piles of dust built up behind it. Once the dust was disturbed, the air conditioning circulated it throughout the room, which unfortunately triggered an asthma flare-up. To make matters worse, there was also hair left in the bathtub when I went to shower, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. While the property has a lot of potential aesthetically, the cleanliness, maintenance, and room size made this stay far below expectations.
