High Atlas Mountain Vacations

Right in the Kasbah on a very quiet alley, right next to the textile museum. Walking distance to Jemaa El Fna. Beautiful decor. Very friendly service. Spacious room with Moroccan ornaments. Very good breakfast.

We enjoyed the access to the spa and the staff was very helpful including the sweet breakfast crew.

Quick one night stay at Timoulay but everything was wonderful. Staff were extremely helpful for our group of 10. Location was perfect for our adventures.

Overall I enjoyed the sirayanne but it didn’t come without a few (small) issues. Starting with the positives: very clean, room was great, comfortable beds. Most of the staff were lovely. Food was generally very good. Spa was amazing. Negatives: One staff in particular was rather rude for no reason (front desk). They don’t provide free water at all, and 2 bottles was 14 dollars. The same front desk staff did tell us to “treat the maids well” and we may get free water. We tipped quite generously and didn’t get any, and in a 5 star at this price point in a place where it’s not recommended to drink the tap water it was a bit disappointing. Only other thing was quite a lot of kids. I didn’t realize it wasn’t adults only which is on me, but almost everyone there aside from us had kids with them so if that’s not your thing maybe avoid this one. Overall it was a great property and mostly good.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Saeed, who treated us like family and made our stay truly special. The riad is also easily accessible by taxi. The only area for improvement is breakfast. We expected a more authentic Moroccan breakfast experience, with traditional dishes and beautiful local presentation. Improving this would make the stay even better. Overall, wonderful hospitality and a memorable experience!

Hotel is lovely, great facility, Great Pool, Great bars and the pool and bar staff were great. It’s a good buffet and good all inclusive. Downsides: It was very difficult to book any of the à la carte restaurants at a sensible time. My room spelled a bit foisty. Our dressing gowns were damp on arrival. We ran out of shower gel which wasn’t topped up. The WiFi is atrocious. I asked to cancel my last night on the day I arrived. I am still awaiting a response from the hotel and Expedia on this. I would go again if I was in Agadir though.

Brilliant location, excellent hotel and the gardens were amazing. First time we have gone all inclusive and we loved it. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommend this hotel.
