Convenient hotel location. The rooms are a bit small but ok. Please put a door to separate the bathroom from the room. It’s extremely uncomfortable and weird to not have one and that can be easily fixed.
Other than that, all and all good.

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

Our stay at Neues Schloss Privat Hotel Zurich was outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of the staff we encountered was consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making our visit perfect. The quality of service never varied, regardless of the time of day or whom we approached.
The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and ideally located. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would return without hesitation and recommend this hotel enthusiastically to anyone visiting Zurich.

Beautiful location with easy access into downtown Zurich by the tram. Restaurant is excellent. Only downside is that it is not air conditioned though the fan system works fairly well.

Our room (404) was clean and spacious however, there was construction on the outside of the building. Our family member was in 415 and only saw scaffolding. They moved to 504 which had no air conditioning and looked like a dormitory room and was very tiny.
The shower had some mold in it.
The complementary br eakfast was very good.
It was situated in the heart of old city centre making it easy to navigate around. Plenty of restaurants close by.
