The hotel was in a good location. The hotel rooms were dark and the hotel could use some decor updates.

The Hotel was ideally located for our trip to St. John, easy on and off the major freeway to all the places we wanted to explore. The room was clean and up to date plenty of places to charge your electronics. The best thing about the Chateau was the staff, Rachel at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The lady who made our coffee and served us our breakfast in the morning was delightful, friendly and cheerful a great way to start your day. We are sorry but we can't remember what her name was, it was like having your Mom take care of you in the morning. If we ever travel back to St. John we will definitely be staying at the Chateau.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping!
