The reviews for this property from other sources were very confusing. Many of them mention the excellent food. Be aware that there is no food at this hotel. No restaurant and although they claim to have a bar / coffee shop, it is simply a room with coffee and sodas. The only snacks were a tin of potato chips. I am posting this as an honest review. Had we not felt totally misled by the list of amenities, I would have given it two stars. This hotel is not a 4 star property. We travel A LOT all over Europe and 4 star usually means amenities such as, a restaurant, a pool, spa, outside well maintained garden areas, a bar lounge with wait staff, a fitness center etc. In fairness they did a great job on renovating this old farm house. But it is tiny and the experience is much more what one would expect from a bed and breakfast. Our room was part of a converted attic. Very small windows, and ceilings that required me to duck very low to move about the room. We were arrived on a warm day but not hot, it was around 29c. The room on the other hand was sweltering. The air conditioning was locked at 25.5 and the fan set at low. We suffered through our sleep. We asked to be moved to another room, the property owner said no, even though there were available rooms that night. In my interaction with the owner it became clear she had no experience operating a hospitality business. Blaming the heatwave for the hot room rather than adjusting the A/C. We left one day into a two night stay.

Good hotel but I wouldn't say it's worth such a high rating. The main door has no seal so you can hear everything on the corridor but also at night the light on the corridor turn in when someone is passing and instantly lights the hotel room too because of the spacing around the door. Breakfast was ok but repetitive since it's not buffet. Bathroom also not sealed so all the steam goes in the room. Staff was helpful with things when asked.

Typical average hotel - no convenient to local sites without transportation.

This hotel was a luxurious oasis in the heart of the beautiful old town of Valencia. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional which really added to our stay. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and had great attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable we decided to replace our one at home! Absolutely recommended!

Fantastic hotel - pool area was quite small but rooms and other amenities were great!

We had an amazing stay here. Our room was perfect with all the amenities and comforts we needed. We had breakfast on our terrace our first morning and it was incredible! We enjoyed a meal on the restaurant as well. It is conveniently located near the beach areas and many restaurant options. It is in a very quiet part of Valencia which was nice.
